Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia H.E. IHOR DOLHOV was born on 06/06/1957, in Slavuta, Khmelnytska Reg., Ukraine. He Graduated from State T. Shevchenko University of Kyiv and is PhD in linguistics; He assumed the responsibilities of Ambassador in Georgia in February 2017. In 2002-2004, he served as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in the Republic of Turkey. In 2004-2006, he was the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2006-2008 he was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany and in 2010-2015 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Belgium, Luxemburg and NATO; Ambassador Ihor Dolhov was Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Euro Integration in 2015-2017. He speaks English and French.
